Warranty

Every sign we sell comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date it is delivered. The warranty period is 1 year.

What the warranty covers

• Defects in workmanship, such as cuts that are not clean or parts that separate.
• Finish problems that appear under normal use and are not caused by an accident or misuse.

What it does not cover

• Normal weathering and gradual change in appearance on signs placed outdoors.
• Damage from drops, impacts, bending, or improper mounting.
• Damage from harsh cleaners, pressure washers or abrasive pads.
• Changes or repairs made by someone other than us.
• Spelling or wording that matches what was entered in the order.

Damage that happens during shipping is handled separately. Please report it within 7 days of delivery, as explained in our Return Policy.

Caring for a steel sign

• Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry it afterward.
• Use only mild soap and water. Avoid solvents and scrubbing pads.
• Outdoors, a covered spot such as a porch or entryway helps the sign keep its look longer.
• Mount the sign on a solid, flat surface using hardware suited to that surface.

How to make a claim

Email us with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos of the sign. If the issue is covered, we will repair or remake the sign, or offer a refund if a replacement is not possible.
