Track Your Order

Here is how to find out where your sign is, from the moment you order until it reaches your door.

Order stages

1. Order received: you get a confirmation email right after checkout.
2. In production: your sign is being made. This takes 4–6 business days.
3. Shipped: we email you the carrier name and tracking number.
4. On the way: US deliveries usually take 5–8 business days after shipping.

Where to check

• Use the tracking link in your shipping email to see live updates on the carrier’s website.
• If you created an account, sign in to My Account to see your order status.
• Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder for messages from ifamilyname.com.

Need help?

If tracking has not updated for several business days, or the package shows as delivered but you don’t have it, email us with your order number. We reply Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7).
