When we receive a complete notice, we review it and remove or disable access to the material if it appears to infringe. Where possible, we let the person who provided the material know.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice that identifies the removed material, explains why you believe it was removed in error, includes your contact details and signature, and states that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Please note that knowingly false claims in a notice or counter-notice may lead to legal liability.
