Shipping Policy

Each sign we sell is made after you order it. That means the total wait has two parts: the time it takes to make your sign, and the time the carrier needs to bring it to you.

1. Production time

Production takes 4–6 business days, counted from the day your order and personalization details are confirmed. If we need to check a spelling or detail with you, the count starts once you reply.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day are counted from that day; orders placed after that time are counted from the next business day.

2. Transit time

For addresses in the United States, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after the sign ships. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.

As an example, an order placed today would be expected to arrive around Nov 13 – Nov 20.

Shipping cost

• United States: standard shipping is Free.

Tracking

Once your sign leaves the workshop, we email you a tracking number. You can follow the package on the Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier’s site.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address before the sign ships; after that, changes depend on the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual length of time, or your sign arrives damaged, contact us. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the sign and the box. Details are on our Return Policy page.
