These terms apply to anyone who browses this website or buys from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Personalized products

Our signs are made to order using the text and options you enter. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, numbers and capitalization before you check out. We produce the sign as written in your order.

By submitting text or images, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline orders that contain content that is unlawful, hateful, or that uses names, logos or artwork owned by someone else without permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.

Production and shipping

Production takes 4–6 business days. US delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after shipping. Standard US shipping is Free. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations and returns

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours. After that, a 15% cancellation fee applies. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy.

Warranty

Signs are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, as described on our Warranty page.

Product images

Photos show how a design looks. Because each sign is cut individually, and screens display color differently, small differences between the photos and the finished sign can occur.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design and original product artwork belong to iFamily Name. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission. See our Copyright page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or mounting a sign on an unsuitable surface.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
