About Us

Who we are

We run an online shop for custom metal signs: family name signs, monograms, porch signs and memorial plaques. Every sign carries a name, an initial, a date or a house number that you choose, so no two orders are quite the same.

Where we work

Our team is based in Vietnam. We handle order questions and after-sale support from there, and we answer email online. Our support hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7).

Why this shop exists

A name on the front door or a monogram over the fireplace says something simple: this is our place. We opened this shop to make that kind of piece easy to order online, with a simple place to type your wording and straightforward policies after it ships.

What we aim for

Our goal is a sign you are happy to look at every day, made from durable material and spelled exactly the way you asked. We would rather take an extra message to confirm a detail than send out a sign with the wrong date or letter.

How the business works

Everything we sell is made to order. We do not keep a warehouse of finished signs. When you place an order, your text and design choices go into production, which takes 4–6 business days. After that, the sign ships, and delivery within the United States usually takes 5–8 business days. Standard shipping inside the US: Free.

Who makes the signs

Our signs are produced by partner metal sign workshops. Our default material is steel. We send them your order details, and they cut and finish the sign before it is packed and shipped to you. Our team stays your single point of contact from order to delivery.
